We drove over 2hrs into town and as soon as we parked, my tire popped. I tried calling other tire services and they told me we had to come to them. I called ET Express and not only did they have a tire for me, but came out and fixed it up all within an hour. The gentleman who helped us was amazing! Got us a new tire, put the rim on and got it back on our car very fast to where we were still able to have a good day. The price was great, the service was outstanding. I have never see service as Good as ET Express, I had a catastrophic tire failure and I barely made it home. I called several places who all wanted over $200 dollars JUST to come over and put a spare, where I would then have to find another location to get a new tire. On top of it all, all the other places I called, needed several hours to come and service the car. (TO JUST PUT A SPARE) However, in the case of ET Express, he came to my location, on the phone he took the specs of the tire. He arrived in less than 20 minutes with a brand new tire. His truck is decked, it is literally a shop on wheels. He was so professional and worked fast. In about 15 minutes, he completed replacing the tire. (Which had disintegrated). The best part of it all, the total cost came out, just a bit higher than all the others who only wanted to put a SPARE on. So not only is he super fast, but you will end up saving money as well. I really mean this, the level of customer service offered, is very very rare to find these days. Give credit where Credit is due.
