A co-worker gave me Steve's number after my tire went totally flat this morning. Somehow I got an unrepairable gash without even noticing! I gave him a call and he politely let me know I needed to provide the tire size, so I walked home on my lunch break to give him that info. Let me tell you - LITERALLY FOUR MINUTES after I called with the info, he was at my doorstep, ready to change my tire entirely! Even though I was inconveniently parked and there was a ton of snow and Ice, Steve got my tire changed in under 20 minutes! I was back at work before my lunch was even over!
